Brian Daniel Mann became a member of the Alabama State Bar on September 29, 1998. Mr. Mann is a member of the Montgomery County Bar Association. He is a graduate of Huntingdon College (1995) having been named its Young Alumnus of the Year (2006). Mr. Mann is also a graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law (1998).
Mr. Mann and his wife are residents of the Old Cloverdale neighborhood in Montgomery, Alabama. He is the immediate past president of the Old Cloverdale Association (2017-2022). Mr. Mann was a member of the Historic Preservation Commission of the City of Montgomery in recent years.
Mr. Mann is a former Bar Commissioner of the Alabama State Bar (2008-2011). He is a past chairman of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Section of the Alabama State Bar (2011-2013). Mr. Mann served on the Alabama Electronic Recording Commission (2009). He is a former president of the Elmore County Bar Association (2005-2018).
Mr. Mann has served on the board of directors of both The F. Scott and Zelda Fitzgerald Museum and the Elmore County Family Resource Center.
Mr. Mann has completed courses in Basic Mediation Training (2008) and Divorce Mediation for Professionals (2011).
